Masserie di Sant’Eramo was created in the early nineties by the Natuzzi family. The aim was to produce an excellent Extra Virgin olive oil for a niche market that values Italy’s gastronomy tradition and culture, high quality, and the many benefits of olive oil.
Masserie’s olive oil is produced mainly from olives of selected Coratina, Ogliarola, Barese, and Peranzana cultivars. Each fruit is carefully handpicked to avoid bruising, and rigorously scrutinized for the required ripeness. The olives are then cold-pressed within a few hours to preserve its wonderful bouquet and flavour.
In the past years, Masserie has won many prestigious international awards. Such recognition approves Masserie’s standing as one of Italy’s finest olive oil producers.
